Itinerary

Day 1
Arrive in Bali

Upon arrival, you’ll be escorted to the hotel where you will be meeting the rest of the group for a nice dinner to get to know the people who you will be spending the week with!

Day 2-5
Yoga sessions

Enjoy a yoga class to unwind your soul by one of the best yoga instructors surrounded by a breathtaking view. The sessions will introduce you to the traditional Hatha Yoga expertly blended with today’s Vinyasa Flow in an inspiring environment for the nourishment of body, mind and soul.
You will then regenerate your body, mind, and soul in a sound healing experience. 

Day 6
Explore Bali

A free day to explore the vibrant Ubud, Bali. A magical & soothing environment known as  the cultural, artistic, and holistic heart of Bali. The area has become popular because of its surrounding rice terraces like Tegalalang, countless waterfalls or to hike up Mount Batur.
