Affiliates Program
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Gritnova LTD Affiliate Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
1.2 Affiliates must have a valid and active online presence, such as a website, blog, or social media account.
1.3 Gritnova LTD reserves the right to approve or reject affiliate applications at its discretion.
2. Enrollment in Micro Degree Programs
2.1 For each successful referral made by an affiliate, resulting in a new student enrolling in one of Gritnova LTD’s micro degree programs, the affiliate will be eligible to receive a commission of $200.
2.2 Each Affiliate will receive an affiliate code which can be shared with their network. Any referred student can use the affiliate code as a coupon code at checkout to get a 5% discount on the first tuition payment.
2.3 A successful referral is defined as a unique individual who discovers Gritnova’s Micro Degree Programs through the Affiliate, visits the Gritnova website, applies to one of the programs and subsequently enrolls in a micro degree program.
3. Commission Payment
3.1 Commissions will be paid out to affiliates at the end of each month.
3.2 Affiliates must provide accurate payment information (bank account details) to receive their commissions.
3.3 Gritnova LTD reserves the right to withhold commission payments if the affiliate violates any of the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activities.
4. Prohibited Activities:
4.1 Affiliates must not engage in any unethical or illegal activities to promote their referral links.
4.2 Affiliates must not engage in spamming, deceptive advertising, or any other tactics that could damage the reputation of Gritnova LTD.
4.3 Affiliates must not misrepresent Gritnova LTD or make false claims about the company’s products or services.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use Gritnova LTD’s approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the affiliate program.
5.2 Affiliates must not modify, reproduce, or distribute Gritnova LTD’s copyrighted materials without prior written consent.
6. Termination
6.1 Gritnova LTD reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason.
6.2 If an affiliate wishes to terminate their participation in the program, they may do so by notifying Gritnova LTD in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Gritnova LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from an affiliate’s participation in the Affiliate’s program.
By participating in the Gritnova LTD Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
