Campion founded and grew his practice while studying Architecture at the University of Bath and the University of Cambridge, eventually returning to tutor and lecture at each institution with the vision to create Sustainable Luxury Architecture. At the completion of his third award-winning project, Orchard House, Will Campion was only 25 years old. At this young age, Campion has won awards and worked at internationally acclaimed practices such as FCBS and BIG, amassing global experience on projects in New York City, London, Cambridge, Hong Kong, Orlando, Los Angeles, Dubai, and Riyadh.

David has helped shape cities in a number of different places. He sets progressive standards that create new global benchmarks – from individual sustainable buildings to national-scale plans. He is most excited when solving complex urban issues and he passionately shares his learnings. His greatest project successes are aspirational but ultimately achievable.

Ralf was awarded the 2019 Executive of the Year by Middle East Consultant Magazine and has been ranked in the Top 50 Most Influential Architects of the Middle East for the past 6 years. He has over 13 years of professional experience in Asia, Australia, Middle East and Europe. His predilection with architecture is one that exerts a comprehensive knowledge base spanning from conceptual design through to project delivery. As an accomplished and inspiring leader, he has led his teams to the successful completion on a series of significant projects of varying sizes with broad experience in lifestyle, hospitality, residential and commercial projects.
David Lessard has actively contributed to the realization of several award winning buildings from concept design through to construction completion throughout the Middle East, Europe and United States with an expertise in hospitality, healthcare & lifestyle residential projects. Understanding the local vernacular and respect for the environment are essential undertones to his design thinking. David has previously held a seat on the AIA Middle East Chapter Board of Directors.
Rachel Darakji is an urban designer at AECOM, the world’s leading consulting firms. She has an academic background of architecture and planning and graduated with honors from Politecnico di Milano. Her research interests are urban ethnography and neighborhood planning.
Graduated from American University of Sharjah in 2011, Enayat is well experienced in corporate architecture. He has worked on a wide range of high profile projects across the region including DIFC gate avenue, Innovation hub and Hilton Dubai South.

Fabio has 10+ years of professional experience in the fields of Architecture, Urban Planning, Design and Development Managment gained through collaborations with international companies such as EMAAR (Dubai), Archea Associati (Florence-Dubai), Lombardini22 (Milan), Studioninedots and Rapp+Rapp (Amsterdam).
Maja has experienced an international range of education and work, having lived in Poland, Spain, Mexico and Denmark. Her perspective working in different context has always gone hand-in-hand with working together in very international teams.
Maja has been involved in many successful competitions, such as Cockle Bay Park in Sydney or Opera Bastille in Paris.
Sarah Al Haddad
The beginning of her professional life started at DAJH architects in Lebanon where she contributed in the interior design of four hotel towers in Qatar for FIFA 2022.
In 2019, Sara decided to pursue her deep interest in lighting by joining a specializing master program in lighting design and LED technology at Politecnico di Milano. She completed an internship and is currently working as a lighting designer in Lombardini22, a leading architecture company in Milan.
